10 May 2015. <BG> Burgas —
A day of driving. We continued eastwards towards Burgas on the Black Sea. Drove past the LukOil refinery as we approached Burgas — this is the largest refinery in southeastern Europe, a massive complex!

Shepherds and cowherds were a feature of our day ...

... and yellow flowers and red poppies by the wayside.
We drove into Burgas and, looking for Maccas, found the Burgas Plaza, a large shopping mall with everything we need for shopping. We decided to revisit it tomorrow, when we had a bit more time, and went back out onto the highway to park for the night in a spot we noticed on the way in, watched over by a model for the Bulgarian clothing company Teodor.

Distance driven — today, 153 miles ( 246 km ); to date, 19,856 miles ( 31,956 km )
